When in Rome... (For Elise)

This particular caption set took me a long while to do. I think I started writing this about a month ago actually and I worked on it on and off over the course of that time. This set is a return cap for the wonderful Elise who made me a wonderful cap about a month ago which I still absolutely adore. Her writing style is fantastic and I was trying my best to equal her gift to me (seriously though, if you haven't checked out her work yet, you totally should, it's amazing!). I had originally intended this story to take up only one panel, but as I fleshed out my story, I found that there was more and more I wanted to tell and over time it gradually grew until I had to settle for three panels. Wow, when I'd first started captioning, I was just struggling to make one or two captions! I never thought I'd hit 100! It's been very exciting for me to make it this far and I would like to thank everyone who's read my blog/captions for your support, especially to those who leave such nice comments! So here's a shout out to Elle, Elena Starz, Caitlyn, Annabelle, Dee Mentia, and Kisara! Thank you! Just Keep Telling Yourself That

As you might've been able to tell, I love doing captions that involve some aspect of deception or secrecy. That and redheads. This girl is actually more of a brunette but still close enough. Isn't she pretty? I sure do wonder who that lucky neighbor of hers is!
